4th Annual Chefs Table on the Bay

The Deering Estate Foundation is hosting an exclusive dining experience called Chef's Table on the Bay - An Asian-Inspired Evening on Friday, March 24, 2023. The event will take place in the Deering Estate's courtyard and feature a four-course meal prepared by renowned Chef Pablo Zitzmann of the Zitz Sum restaurant in Coral Gables. Chef Zitzmann is a Michelin Bib Gourmand and James Beard Semifinalist. The event will begin with a cocktail hour sponsored by Golden Rule Seafood, followed by wine pairings with each course offered by Breakthru Beverage in conjunction with Chef Zitzmann. Dogfish Head will provide craft beer. The cost of the event ranges from $175 to $1800.
