In partnership with the Miami Book Fair, the Koubek Center, and Fundacion Cuatrogatos, is a multilingual family day event that includes storytelling, theatre, music, arts and crafts, dance, and picnic baskets full of free-to-keep books. The primary goal of the free event is to educate kids about the breadth and depth of cultural traditions within our diverse community. These activities will engage kids while encouraging reading, bringing people together via storytelling, and developing the next generation of engaged global citizens. Each day will conclude with a special picnic with lawn blankets and baskets of books in both Spanish and English that students may take home.
