Things kick off on Friday at 5 PM with the grand ceremony of cracking the first Stone Claw. It's a rather fancy tradition that's basically the seafood version of breaking a champagne bottle on a ship, minus the awkward wedding toasts. The Soapy Tuna Band will serenade your taste buds at Tin City as you revel in all things crustacean.
