Max and Paule offer free Zumba cardio classes at The Underline Sound Stage Plaza, sponsored by FPL, every second Saturday of the month. These high-intensity sessions are designed to keep participants energized all weekend. Attendees should wear comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, bring water, and be prepared for a fun workout. The classes are open to all ages, but minors aged 15 and below must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Friends of The Underline, a non-profit organization, supports this initiative as part of its commitment to providing free community, arts, environmental, and wellness programs.
